What I’ve Done
Center for Building Knowledge (CBK), NJIT- Newark, NJ
My position requires the management of daily operations, such as employee scheduling, policy enforcement, training and development coordination, staff performance reviews, project plan approval, project progress monitoring, worksite compliance, and on-site conflict mediation. Additionally, the role involves conducting a thorough facilities condition assessment of all Newark Board of Education school buildings, utilizing 3D scans and collecting field data. As part of this position, I also reviewed Revit drawings and contributed to the creation of an online database for the Board's facilities, design & construction, and capital improvement offices.
May 2022 – Present
Kitchen Interior Design and Implementation – Iran
As a cabinetry project manager, I oversaw all aspects of the design and installation process, from start to finish. This included providing accurate and detailed estimates, ordering materials and supplies, scheduling projects, assigning tasks to team members and contractors, conducting job evaluations to ensure high-quality standards, and maintaining a presentable showroom. Communication with clients, vendors, and team members was a key part of the role, as was fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that valued community, collaboration, and creativity. I continuously sought to improve processes and outcomes to ensure client satisfaction.
August 2018 – March 2019
Teaching, University of Sistan & Baluchestan – Iran
As a teaching assistant, I support the lead teacher in creating and delivering educational programs to students. My responsibilities include helping to develop lesson plans, grading assignments and exams, leading small group activities, and providing one-on-one assistance to students who need extra help. I work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other teaching assistants to ensure that classroom goals are met and that students are receiving a high-quality education.
